Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Fans and and electric heater in the room should they be required. Lots of sockets.

Location was perfect. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite.
The room needs a lot of work and maintenance, especially the toilets; some of the mattresses need changing.
