It was hard work with a pram going uo and down the stairs. If we could of stopped downstairs that would of been better

The stairs was hard to get up and down with a baby

The location was a short walk to the city centre. Parking at the site.

The mattress was beyond it's sell by date. It was hard and you could feel the springs. The tv didn't work. The red light was on but the remote didn't do anything despite the remote lighting up. The shower leaked at both ends of the hose. Pillows were really hard which didn't help with sleep.

Shower was nice and hot Bed was clean Quiet Nice and warm Lots of natural light 15 to 20 min walk into York

The steps going into the bathroom and whilst in the bathroom there are 2 steps to the sink and shower No mirror in the bathroom, the mirror outside the bathroom door had a light above which didn't work 2 areas of carpet need looking at, the one just as you walk in the main room on the step is worn and coming away, and there is an area next to the bathroom door that is frayed and pieces coming away. Ceiling light needed dusting, as does the storage unit that housed the towels There was water left in the kettle and it is right below the tv so all the steam goes on the tv screen Poor WIFI signal to the point the TV didn't work. In my opinion the checking in process is too much faffing To park at the property is £10 per night, the street leading up to the place is quite narrow and not really any spaces to park on the street.. The side of the radiator needs fixing back on as it is falling off The cups are the tiny ones, I think most people prefer mugs The rooms do definitely reflect how much you pay, it was cheap - wouldn't stay here again
