The hosts were very warm and hospitable.
Upul takes great care to keep the rooms clean. Just ask him if you see a bug. He will take care.
The safari organized by Upul was really great and well worth the price. Upul was pleasantly unobtrusive, yet always there when you needed him.
The rooms were a little too dark for our liking, which made them feel a little uncousy in our opinion.
The large window had no glass, and if we had opened it, all the insects would have come in. The mosquito net had holes in a few places.

We had the most amazing stay at private organic house. The rooms and facilities were exceptional, very clean and spacious. We did a morning safari through the hotel which was an experience we will remember forever- the owner Upul was so lovely, insightful and accommodating which made the whole stay a breeze! Not to mention the incredible buffet he cooked for us- some of the best Sri Lankan food we’ve ever had. Thank you Upul, we will be back one day.

The host was most generous and very very helpful. We had a great time. We booked the a 5-hour safari trip with him and we had a great time, he definitely knows his stuff. We would love to see him and his family again.
The room was spacious yet dark (well shut off from the sun) and the amenities were maintained and all was well kept and clean.
