The location was incredible - within a couple of minutes, you are at any of the restaurants in old town and can walk to the beaches within 5-10 minutes!
Even though we stayed for 5 days, we were only offered 1 towel and were asked to pay an additional €5 per towel, which I have not experienced anywhere else. Additionally, it was great that we could store our luggage at the end of the stay for a few hours but again, an additional €5 per suitcase and then also another €5 on top to store a handbag. The staff were friendly enough but the company’s customer service could be improved, rather than trying to add additional charges to basic requests.

The location is very comfortable, it's in the middle of the old town. An easy walking distance to the sea front. The reception is in the tourist office which is comfortable for check in.
The room is very dark: its only natural light source is the door which must be closed with the blinds as otherwise all the passersby will be able to look inside. The WiFi was not working ( there is no signal inside the apartment for the mobile network) and noone was able to set it up. There was also the cllassic problem with the leaking shower doors.
