Clean, modern, cosy room, free parking. Very friendly staff.

20 minutes walk to the nearest pub, restaurant. Although Smoke House was very close but opened yet.

Perfect place for a group stay with the bonus of a large driveway. Good facilities, great breakfast & lovely host. We would stay here again.

The location was great for a short drive into the centre. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was limited choice but what I was served was nice.

I don’t recall receiving information about the key safe outside and letting ourselves in, I also don’t recall getting a room number until I was stood outside calling the phone number on the information sheet.

Location was good.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly detracted from our stay. Parking was inadequate, the shower leaked, and the bathroom radiator was loose. The check-in experience was also poor, as neither the room number nor access code was provided ahead of our arrival, causing unnecessary difficulty when we arrived. There was also a noticeable smell of greasy cooking in the morning, and we could hear arguing both earlier in the morning and again during breakfast, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard we expected. Given the number of issues encountered, I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and outlining what you can offer by way of an appropriate resolution.
