The rooms are clean and comfortable, and a nice toiletry kit is provided. Daily housekeeping is available, the breakfast is excellent (featuring fish, cold cuts, pastries, etc.), and newspapers can be requested. The staff are very helpful.

There is no private parking, though there is some parking near the hotel (limited to about 20 spaces). Public transport links are restricted to buses only. The hallways outside the rooms could use better soundproofing.

A wonderful stay thanks to Nina, Raheem and the entire team! I had a lovely four-day stay, and what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness of the staff. The real gem of this hotel is the staff. Nina went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable after the issues with my initial room. She arranged for me to move rooms and thoughtfully left a handwritten apology note and a cupcake, which was such a lovely gesture. Just when I thought she couldn’t be any kinder, on check-out I was presented with chocolates and a handwritten card wishing me a safe journey home ahead of my departure. It was incredibly thoughtful and genuinely touching. Raheem was equally wonderful. He was so accommodating, helping with my room, assisting with my luggage, and always making time for warm, lovely conversations. His friendliness and willingness to help made me feel so welcome and at ease. Both Nina and Raheem went beyond simply providing good service. Their warmth and thoughtfulness made a real difference to my stay The wider team also deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming atmosphere - from the security at the door, to the help staff at the restaurant, etc. Just wow! Hotels are ultimately about people, and Nina, Raheem and their colleagues are a wonderful reminder of how much exceptional service and simple acts of kindness can elevate an experience. I left feeling genuinely cared for and with such fond memories of my stay. Thank you, Nina and Raheem and the entire team for making my experience here such a special one. You are both a real credit to the hotel, and I hope management recognises the difference you make to your guests. I would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel!

Staff on reception and at the bar were very friendly. Location was ideal and what we expected for travelling to a concert at Wembley so we felt it was good value for money. First impressions were very good, reception and bar area very nice and clean.

Breakfast - was like a cattle market, very noisy. Hard to find things, no small spoons for tea/coffee, no fried/ poached eggs only scrambled. Ran out of brown sauce not enough staff for the demand. Rooms - No shower gel, it needed to be refilled. Room seemed a little tired, scuffs on wall, carpet didnt seem clean.
