The staff were helpful and informative, rooms were cleaned. Overall we had a good experience.

Staff were great from the moment we arrived. However, on our final day I noticed my sweatshirt was missing from our room. We reported this to reception thinking it may have been picked up with our dirty towels the previous day, however there was no note made and nothing was found.
Apart from losing an item; we enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were quite small but it suited what we needed.

Staff (Rahul) were very welcoming. All aspects of our stay were made easier by the staff at the hotel.
The room was perfectly comfortable, clean and quiet.
Location worked out well for us as we were able to get into central London pretty easily. Would definitely stay here again.
