The building , in the Jewellery Quarter , is very atttactive . I liked the decor downstairs , particularly. The bedroom was fine , but just not quite as luxurious as the photos suggest .
I was on the second floor, and it was disappointing that the lift was out of order. I stayed on a Saturday , and the bar area was very noisy - impossible to sit and have a quiet drink . I appreciated having a room on the second floor ,as it was quieter , but I would have an area downstairs which could be set aside , away from the loud music , even at weekends

It was comfortable & nicely decorated.
The lift wasn’t working & the shower temperature kept changing intermittently going very cold & then warm but not hot enough.

Close to the centre
Lift out of order and we are in our 70s and on the second floor. Not acceptable
