The headboards when I was getting it on with the Mrs was quite loud … push the bed out would be better for future reference didn’t want to wake next door up

I love the location of the property. As close to bullring and nice restaurants near you. However last time we stayed there were a lot of bars and restaurants open now a lot seem to have closed.

You could not adjust the temperature and got cold in the night. The view was of a road which I understand sometimes can’t be helped but last time I visited I had a view off the front. I asked for a nice view this time (didn’t the previous time) as was with my mother for her birthday so she would have appreciated a nice view. You HAVE to pre book parking even though it says you do not. So I couldn’t get the discount. I feel like this should be said in the booking confirmation clearly. And when I stayed last time I’m sure I had a code I put in so thought he the last this time. When I was told this the staff didn’t seem to care or bother that this was the case.

Room upgrade was fantastic. Very clean, modern, spacious room and Nespresso coffee machine a bonus. Nice view across the canal. Buffet breakfast was very nice, fresh, good selection.

Mattress was a little soft for my liking but ok for 1 night. It's not far from the train station but is a bit of an incline up some of the streets to get there by foot, not great if you have heavy luggage.

Clean and tidy

Very noisy streets
