I booked last minute, and was afraid of lower than average prices and few ratings of this place. But it turned out the property is new and renovated. I was surprised with high ceiling and the room size, it had enough storage, day sofa, and very comfortable double bed with foam memory pillows and new and fresh cotton sheets. Ceiling conditioner worked very good. Shower was spacious with good toiletries, and bathroom had bidet. Location was so cool, with Trevi fountain literally around the corner and Spanish steps and metro station of red line 5 minutes by walk. The location was also great for shopping with all luxury stores and Zara, Uniqlo, Apple store and other popular stores nearby. It was silent in the night as there were no bars and restaurants on the ground floor, although there was plenty of restaurants in general. And the area felt super safe in the nighttime, opposite to Termini station for example. And host Marco was very helpful, he assisted me timely with all my requests, and agreed to store my bag for a week so that I could pick it up on my way back.

Location is excellent, room was clean and spacious with a few nice extra touches. Also the service from the property owner Marco who was a available at a drop of a hat was appreciated.

Nothing really … only request more for booking.com is include a photo of outside of building or the buzzer to select, as expecting a hotel and you need to enter behind doors to access

The location was absolutely brilliant, so close to everything! It was also very clean.

The hotel is in a perfect location where you have access to everything Rome offers. It is also on a very lively street filled with tourists and locals. Both expensive and affordable food and venues can be found around the venue. The rooms had everything that you needed and the design is well thought. The rooms, bathroom and the bed is very big. The mini bar and the espresso machine was very useful. Owner also helped us to arrange affordable and easy taxi to airport.

I believe we paid a little bit higher compared to other places,however we also booked a little bit late so that is not a major complaint. The main complaint that we had was that there was a really bad smell coming from the toilet.
