The room was great and the shared bathrooms & kitchen were clean. Also at the time I was there the apartment was quiet. I also loved how clear the check-in instructions were with a video. Also I loved the location there were plenty of nice restaurants around and a supermarket (carrefour) in less than 5 minutes walking.
Nothing, I think its great value of money.

It is very close to the city center and good value for money
The bathrooms could use sine renovations

This property is like 16 minutes walk to the city centre. Is on the first floor with 3 rooms, shared bathroom and kitchen with everything to prepare your meal.
When you arrive there you have to video call the owner...but you can't see her. Everytume she reminds you about the tourist tax to pay in cash. There is only one key so not suitable if you are with more than two..and yeah no water as mentioned in their description

Is near the Duomo, and Historical Center, Mercado Central, etc
I guess when I booked this place, I did not know. It was more like a hostel, because I had to share bathroom and shower with other people. And my room
Was very tiny.
