Convenient for the centre
The room I was in could have been noisy, had there been more guests. However, as it turned out, I had a very peaceful night sleep before an early start.

Host Nicoletta was very warm and welcoming. It felt like home.
As this is a guest house, there was a kitchen available where one can store food, cook meals and eat.
The location is good with close proximity to a bus stop and a supermarket being just on the opposite of the road. The historic city center was close enough with most of the things withing walking distance.
This has nothing to do with the guest house. I felt that the city tax is too much! 6 EUR per night is a lot of money and this needs to be curtailed by the city administration.

Positives: location, sleep area, a kitchen are is provided
Smell in the bathroom, it could be cleaner in the kitchen area, walls plaster are cracked, some fresh painting needed, bathroom not fresh and needs renovation, the shower had no shower gel provided, only some hand wash, the kitchen provided a coffee machine with capsules only for one day, there was no extra provided for the following days (and we couldn’t find similar to buy across the street supermarket either). The rate is overpriced.
