The staff are nice and real helpful, doing there best to make it a nice stay, place is located in the middle of promenade so easy to get to everything, ideal and everything you need, dont expect 5 star for these great prices, if you want to pay over the odds for unnecessary luxury go north shore, waste of money if you ask me. see you again sometime
