The owners Lynne and Rob are wonderful people, we were welcomed very warmly and kindly. The location is very central and has a good bus connection. The breakfast was great, and for the small snack in between there’s a chippy, a pub and a small kiosk in the area. A short walk down the road leads to the beach.
At times the room was a little too cold, as the heater shuts off at some point in the evening. Which wasn’t an issue though, since we had a warm blanket.

Room was large, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was amaaaazing with a special treat each day. Lynne & Rob are great hosts. Location - perfect. Out of the city so you can park your car, and buses at the front to get to & fro the city. Walking distance to pub & beachside. Highly recommend staying with Lynne & Rob. Thank you from the Aussie girls

Breakfast was wonderful, the property was easily bus accessible and it was out of the city. The hosts were amazing and such lovely people. Lyn gave us fresh yummy treats for our daily adventures. saved us buying morning tea and lunch. The property was the cleanest we have ever stayed in, amazing! Go stay with Lyn and Rob for a wonderful non-hotel experience of Edinburgh - Rob's knowledge of the local area was a bonus and so helpful. Cannot rate them highly enough AAAA++++
