Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge

I liked everything. The hotel and staff were superb in every aspect. From the initial welcome, to the ambience of the Rotunda bar and restaurant areas, a calm and a great place to sit, have a few cocktails and chat amongst friends. The room was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful.

This is absolutely nothing not to like. I cannot even be picky and think of something to complain about or say was below the standard that I was expecting.

Everything about my stay was exceptional. It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons and I was celebrating my birthday, so I was absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to an Executive Room. It was such a thoughtful and exciting surprise, and the room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean. The service was genuinely the best I have ever experienced. Every member of staff I encountered, from the beginning of my stay until the moment I left, was incredibly kind, warm, attentive and personable. I felt genuinely welcomed, valued and celebrated throughout my stay. The attention to detail, cleanliness, hospitality and consistency across every department were outstanding. It was a flawless 10/10 experience and one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life. I will definitely return.

There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room and cleanliness to the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end.
