Location, hosts very accommodating and encouraging for help with needs. Their instructions for self check-in was second to none and the little history note was an added bonus! The welcome gift was so thoughtful!
Bed was not a king as advertised, bedding kept slipping off and the duvet didn't fully cover what was an odd and well-loved comforter. Had some cleaning areas like spider web in corner near stone and two areas of small clusters of long hair (nor mine).

Location was excellent. Comfortable bed.
Not much space. Fridge didn’t work. Hectic stairs.

The location is definitely its main asset - very near the National Library which I was researching in plus the main attractions on or near the Royal Mile
The check in was awful with 2 separate codes and (on arrival and departure) a 3rd code for the key. Kept getting stressed that I had forgotten to bring the paper with the codes on and then there was the problem of holding a phone light to try and see the buttons. One other small thing was the coat hangers on a rail. I could only hang one jacket as they cannot be removed so I couldn't hang rugby shirts, jumpers, trousers etc

Great location!!! Near the Mound and the Castle. Lots of restaurant’s around. I recommend Deacon Brodies.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable and carpet had bits stuck in it. Parking is way down the hill.

"Lokalizacja, to największy plus. Dosłownie jest się otoczonym zabytkami, pięknymi miejscami, barami i sklepami. Bardzo miły gest w postaci pudełka pysznych ciasteczek, zrobił nam wieczór. Po zmarznięc..."
