Amazing location!
That there wasn't a lift

Very spacious flat and clean rooms and facilities. The stay here enhanced our Scotland holiday experience and we all felt very comfortable and homely!
Bit pricey but still the cheapest available option during festive times when there are no properties available in Edinburgh.

Great location, comfortable and a good space. When I spoke to them on the phone the customer service was very friendly.
A lot of automated messaging (long texts). I requested to check in a bit earlier (via messaging) and the response I got was vague.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance from all major attractions.
Instructions for entering the property were clear and use of a personalised digital code made it much easier.
Was disappointed with cleanliness, (floors didn’t look mopped, carpet needed a vacuum, and kitchen utensils were dirty). I only stayed two nights, but had it been longer I would have complained about the poor drainage in the upstairs bath and sink. Water was not draining well at all.
In addition, the freezer needs to be de-iced, the top two drawers were frozen shut so were not functional. And the fridge door did not shut properly which was problematic due to me having to store breast milk for my baby.
