Está muy bien ubicado, estaba todo muy cerca, tanto de la old town, como de la New Town. Luego hay un supermercado cerca y paradas de tranvía justo delante.

The location is unbeatable. Having a little bar next door was a nice perk. We loved having 3 bedrooms and the shower in the main room is very nice, which leads me to the incredible water pressure we experienced while there (but also in all other places we stayed the UK.) The flat was incredibly clean and the kitchen had everything needed though we didn't cook much.

The room next to the front door was exceptionally warm. It seemed due to a heating unit on the other side of the wall so we didn't bother messing with the thermostat that was in a back bedroom. We could have contacted the host to ask about it but didn't bother. My family that stayed in that room also said it was loud due to street noise. The sofas are a little saggy.

Aesthetically the apartment is very pleasing. It felt very glamorous but also homely. The space for a city stay was very welcome, especially the generous lounge area. En suite bathrooms for all bedrooms made for a convenient arrangement with multiple guests. The apartment is very central - just 10 minute walk to most places we needed to be.

Behind the immediate decor, the apartment is a little worn in several places and could do with some maintenance. When we arrived we could not get into the properly because the lock barrel had slipped on the main lock. It was decommissioned for the rest of our stay but it didn't feel too safe just relying on the top latch. Some fixtures were loose including the towel holder in one of the bathrooms and a plug in a bath. The heaters were not all working and when turned on were dripping (so we turned them off again but you can see historic stains from the same occurrence). There is quite a bit of dust in places including the clothing cupboards and carpet in the lounge. The jacuzzi bath in the biggest room looked in need of a deep clean. The location meant that there was a lot of noise - not something that can be helped but worth bearing in mind if you intend to sleep in the front two rooms. The outside of the property was pretty dirty with rubbish collected from the street level over some time.
