100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·wrz 2026
The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Anh was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our requests and make our stay more comfortable.
Unfortunately, the room was not in good condition. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was not as clean as expected. Although the staff tried their best to help, the room condition affected our overall experience.

Great location in the Old Quarter.
Room with balcony was great value and breakfast was very good.
Staff were all very helpful with Hayley being exceptional.

The breakfast was generous and good. Your staff is excellent. The location is absolutely perfect. We mostly enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues with the room, but nothing that would keep us away next time.
The toilet seat was loose, the bidet dripped, and the bidet pipe leaked. The bed, which was supposed to be a "large double bed", was actually two 3/4 beds pushed against each other, and where they met was a hard line where it was impossible to sleep.

Good location and good staff
Rooms are dated, better value elsewhere in my opinion .

"Location was perfect for someone staying in Hanoi, everything was within walking distance or a very easy Grab ride (never had issues booking to and from this location). Internet was fast enough for me..."
