La Dolce Vita

It’s Very good!

The front desk staff very friendly; the breakfast which was included was delicious and had lots of variety

All the staff were accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. However, I encountered one issue with a lady at the reception who, unfortunately, did not seem fair or professional in assigning a room based on what I had paid for. Thankfully, a gentleman—whom I believe is a manager—intervened and resolved the situation promptly, ensuring I received the room I originally requested. While I appreciate the overall service, I was disappointed with her attitude, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a front desk representative. I believe further training in customer service and hospitality management would be beneficial for her. Aside from that incident, everything else was excellent. The room was very clean, with housekeeping attending daily. The food was exceptional, and the hotel’s location in the heart of the Old Quarter is perfect. I would still rate the hotel 100% for its overall service and amenities. I truly enjoyed and loved my stay—except for that one unfortunate moment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was good, rooms are clean. Enjoyed our stay here, would stay again!
