Hotel Buenavista Bacalar Jungle Experience

A great jungle experience with pleasant and helpful staff

I have no constructive feedback

Receptionist was very enthusiastic and helpful

Preferred to have chosen somewhere else

Location. Architecture. Pool. Nice little garden/jugle

The scenery of the property was beautiful.

This property did not feel like a good value for the money. The pool was not cleaned our entire stay and was full of leaves. Also the water in the pool was stagnant and not moving which is a breading area for bacteria with the warm climate. We were not able to use the pool once while we were there. The lagoon is not accessible from the property and is a 5 minute walk to an area that is very busy. The area for yoga was located in top of one of the buildings, which offered a nice view of the tree tops but was not a great space for yoga.
