Lovely clean room next to Termini. Nice communal kitchen available with tea and coffee. Owner very friendly and kind and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and well decorated. Enough room for a couple staying for a week. The A/C was definitely a big bonus in the heat
Although location was ideal for travel connections, being close to the station did mean that it was very loud during the evening and early mornings. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. I had earplugs so was fine :) The area around the station is also a little run down and dirty. However if you are looking for good value for money then it’s not a problem.

It was easily accessible, clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. The bed was comfy, with clean sheets which were changed daily. The bathroom was nicely sized for one person at a time and there was enough storage with sockets next to the bed too.
