We wound up not being able to stay there because of a mix up on our part as to the number of persons and the proprietor was very nice to make an exception as to a refund. He helped us find a different place to stay nearby and for this reason I appreciate him for making an exception and giving a refund at the last minute.

Proximity to the Termini Roma was ideal for us.

Location was great, host was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely stay for one night
Air conditioning was not very cool (it was a huge heat wave in Rome!) pretty minimal for amenities but still comfortable

Close walking to train terminal. Room was functional, well equipped and comfortable.
Was hard to find, and the room was not fancy but good for a one night stay.
