Eds the manager very friendly and personable. Near to coast. Cosy environment.
View of car park infront of coast so not scenic.

Clean and bright
The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working which made it smell which was a shame

Easy to get to in Margate - plenty of parking close by- walking distance into the seafront heart of Margate - public areas clean. Hosts attentive eg we left without breakfast on our second (last) morning to get home and when we checked our key back in with him in the breakfast room he asked could they do sandwiches for our journey.
Felt it was rundown and any surplus not being put back into the property - no one came to clean our room or even make the bed for our second night - milks not replenished after our first morning tea - great to have a balcony but hadn’t been cleaned for ages or dead plants tidied up - shower ran away well, no water blockage, but drain smelt.
