I'd call myself a regular now to go to Westbrook Lodge; I've lost count of how many times I've visited. Tracy and Colin are great hosts; they are nice people, keeping the guest house clean, well decorated, and fully equipped. Beds are comfortable in double rooms. They also make great breakfast for a reasonable price. Always nice to visit.
I can't complain about anything.

Tracy and Colin are absolutely amazing and attentive to their guests, very welcoming, and the room and shared facilities are very clean and tidy. The room was light and airy plenty of information about the local area very close to the beach. They do breakfast at a reasonable price, although we don't have breakfast the smell was lovely. Everything is in the room in a folder so you can make your mind up in your own time, no pressure. Room had tea and coffee, and a few games kept kids occupied and great WiFi. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Lights by Beach not working dark of night would be nice to have cover over patio, although they did have umbrellas

My bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was nice but I had to pay extra for it.
The sound on the tv was so bad I had to use subtitles. I couldn't get the room to cool down despite having a fan and the door open to let some air through from the other side of the building
