How to get there on foot

There were maybe 2 staff members who were kind and actually cared about guest experience. Miriam went above and beyond, staying late to check us in, and making sure our AC's got repaired. She was always smiling and chatted with out kids. She helped coordinate our taxi for us.

There were clearly some issues amongst the staff. Personnel who didn't like each other. One receptionist assumed we didn't know Italian and made snide remarks when we reported our air conditioning didn't work. She never reported it to maintenance, so when we returned from our outing, nothing had been done. The water pressure in the showers was so weak, it took ages to rinse shampoo out. And the toiletries provided are not luxury ones as one would expect at a 4star hotel/spa. We saw a fire start in the kitchen that other guests ended up putting out because there wasn't an employee paying attention. The breakfast is sad and not what is described at all. And be prepared to spend a boat load on taxi's to get anywhere.
