Hotel Aivani Old Tbilisi

Close enough to the airport for convenience, yet within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to experience the city. The check-in staff were very welcoming. I arrived late and exhausted, but they were so cheerful and friendly.

(to be fair, I only stay in the hotel one night so my review is based on very limited experience) Morning staff had very limited knowledge of the neighborhood. I’m sure this hotel welcomes plenty of tourists, and I can’t imagine I’m the first person to ask, “Where can I mail a postcard?” The only answers I got from her were repeated “I don’t know” and “I can’t help you.” I tried looking it up myself, but I still couldn’t figure it out, which is why I asked the hotel staff for help in the first place. I’m still upset by the way she responded. Even if she didn’t know where the nearest post office or mailbox was, she could at least have told me how she usually sends mail here or suggested an alternative, so I could figure out the next step myself. I wasn’t expecting her to know everything, but I did expect a little more willingness to help.

The best hotel with such warm and welcoming staff. They are true professionals and are always ready to help. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant serving absolutely delicious dishes. The sulphur baths are located very close to the hotel, which is a wonderful advantage. I couldn’t have wished for anything more. I highly recommend this beautiful and lovely hotel to everyone!
