We had a wonderful stay here; everything was incredibly clean and organised. The beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, the perfect start to the day. Mariam went above and beyond for us and was a wonderful host, which made it extra special. We are very glad to have been here for our first nights in Georgia. Thank you!

Nothing :) Not a problem for us, but there were lots of stairs to our room. Something to be aware of if you have a large suitcase - you can request to book a room on a lower floor.

I arrived late traveling alone, an I was instantly met with humor and friendliness. As an inexperienced solo traveler, this place is the best thing I could have asked for. The staff took great care of me and made sure I felt safe. I made great friends with it’s permanent residents, and it’s owner gave insightful advice that I will take with me for the rest of my life. This is he place for those who value genuine human interactions over commodified luxury, and for solo travelers I cannot recommend it enough. All in all, Mariam R is a great example of the best thing that the city of Tbilisi has to offer, it’s kind and loving people.

Marina went over and above for me, in that I lost my bag and my front crown broke off while staying at her hotel. She recovered my bag in a very short time by making numerous phone calls and she got me a dental appointment the following day with a wonderful dental group. I cannot give an enough praise and thanks to marina and mariam-r hotel. Kathleen
