Great location in the heart of Tbilisi old town, walking distance to lots of stuff, loads of options for restaurants, secure parking, decent breakfast.
The hotel's location is both a blessing and a curse. My room was at the front, which meant lots of street noise. The room size was also quite cramped for just me, so it would be a squeeze for two people. Wifi signal was poor in the room. Having to leave the room key at reception every time you leave the hotel is also a pain. Breakfast room isn't big enough for the number of guests, so if you time it wrong, you'll need to queue.

the staff was very helpful and supported us even in one problematic situation not related to the hotel. They called the responding public body and helped to solve the issue. The parking guy always helped to safely park the car.

The location is excellent. Near the hotel you have tour agencies, fruit/vegebatles shop, spar store, carfurre, the Liberty Square is in 2 minutes walk. The river Kura is near too. Breakfast was very tasty. Excellent hotel.
