The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Freedom Square in the Old Town, making it an easy walk to many major attractions, shopping areas, and museums. Both the hotel environment and the rooms are beautifully designed. You can even see the statue in Freedom Square right from the room. The staff is highly professional and welcoming.

The property is so convenient coz the restaurants, shops, Galleria Mall and Catholic Church is just within the vicinity.

My room had great window. The staff were warm and helpful (especially Nino), and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The location was excellent too.

Location that is very near to cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, places of interests are all walking distance.
Unlimited coffee at the recep.
Slow response from the staff. You have to ask for dental kits or vanity kits and they always forget to give. We stayed for 6nights and i asked for replacement of my slippers and they also forgot. The toilet is not cleaned properly and forgot to close the windows after cleaning the room. It happened 2x during our stay.
