The rooms are made with great taste and the location is perfect - right at Freedom Square. The woman who runs the place is so warm and inviting. She made our stay as convenient and smooth as possible. This is a 180 year building.
Nothing specific. Bathrooms are relatively small, but they are fun in a way. That's meaningful friction. Weekends can be a bit loud, thanks to the cafes, but isn't that what that captures the spirit of Georgia?

Great location surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and only a short walk to tourist sights. The room was large, well equipped and was clean and very comfortable.
It didn’t matter to us, but there was no lift so some people might struggle as luggage has to be carried up the stairs.
