Everything was amazing! The location, the service, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the spa area was a major disappointment. If a good spa is important to you, I would not recommend this hotel. The pool water was green, the windows were left open, making the area very cold and drafty, and there was only one Finnish sauna, which was cold as well. It was turned on too late and took a long time to heat up. If the spa is advertised as being open from 10 a.m., everything should be ready for guests at 10 a.m., not at 11 a.m. or noon. The spa area is also very small. One more thing that really affected my stay was the window in the room. It was unusually small and definitely not floor-to-ceiling. The room felt very dark, and I constantly had the feeling of being in a little dungeon. This was quite uncomfortable.

It has a very small swimming pool not like the picture on their site. The lobby is dark and gloomy. The elevator stopped while I was there.
