Very clean and quiet. Bathrooms clean and had soap and shampoo available. Bed was comfy with outlets. I loved the capsule idea, being in a dorm but a private sleeping area. Right in the center of the city and close to transit and grocery stores. Kitchen was great

Lift doesn’t work

It was a great location, close to everything and a short walk from buses/trains. The room I stayed in was cleaned regularly, and the people were also considerate of other guests. I liked that despite being a dorm room, we still had some privacy with the cabin-style bunk beds.

Two things: too few shower rooms for the number of guests, and the bar downstairs. The whole floor had only three shower rooms, while the bedroom I stayed in had 18 beds (plus a couple of other rooms). If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs or don't book this accommodation at all. On my first night, I was too tired and fell asleep before it got too noisy, but on the following nights I struggled to fall asleep because of the noise from downstairs. Also, the lift wasn't working, so I had to climb up to level 4.
