The building is in an excellent area, friendly and so easily accessible to great shops, restaurants, bars and to the city Centre. Great value for money
The bed was not very comfortable and as the apartment is below the entrance we were woken up a number of times with people walking in. Also the apartment above was audible with people walking around (in particular high heels). Cleaner’s cupboard is also directly outside the bedroom and that was noisy too when accessed by cleaner.

Breakfast was not included. Excellent location, easy to walk. Close to tram lines.
This is a basement apartment and therefore you have to climb down a winding staircase to reach the basement. The walls were very cold and this made the whole room cold. Cooking on the stove was not allowed - rules and regulations by City of Amsterdam.
