Location is fantastic - central, on a pedestrian only shopping street, a block from Teatro Massimo, steps to the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Place is clean and modern. The common area has complimentary coffee and snacks. Room is a good size.
Like in many buildings in the area, toilet paper can't be flushed down the toilet, and has to be placed in a bin. This might not be to everyone's liking.

Well located in the city center.
Daniel was very helpful giving us great recommendations about places to eat, transportation, etc. His support made a great difference for our stay.

The location was good, the B&B is in the center of Palermo. The staff was helpful. And the room was clean and kept clean while I was staying there.
The website only shows pictures of spacious bright rooms, but the single room I stayed in was very small (maybe 6 square meters without the bathroom) and was right next to the reception desk, which meant I heard the calls that were made and people coming in during the day. The mattress was saggy. There is no real balcony, only French doors overlooking a small dark courtyard. There was also no place to work.
