Very lovely place and great location

Our room was in basement so very little natural sunlight and also a lot of people walking past the door so a bit noisy

Great location, wonderful staff, Daniela is just phenomenal. Extremely helpful. View from bedroom is great.

The steps to the top floor was a bit of a challenge. I know there are no elevators in the old town, but the steps were quite steep. In future I would rather do a ground floor room if they have it.

Location and style were excellent

Breakfast was ok, except the hot food could have been cooked to order or placed on a warming plate.

The location was wonderful and central to so many excellent areas. We really appreciated the air conditioner climate control as it cooled the place down quickly each time we returned.

The toilet seat has come off its hinges and the shower drain does not drain effectively. It floods each time the water is on for 30 seconds or more. The blockout blind outside the terrace door has a rip and would flap loudly during the night, waking us several times. The place would benefit from some maintenance work. The photos on the website are misleading regarding the terrace view. Lastly, it was really difficult to navigate to the different locations for checking vs the breakfast location vs the checkin location. Clearer instructions on the advertisement or booking information would be helpful.
