Reggae Guest House

great location

nothing really

Best hotel experience! Clean, beautiful view, and the staff were so helpful in helping us bring our luggage downstairs. Also MURAH ye !

First time staying here, and the price is reasonable. Great service, strategic location. Try ordering food before checking out at the cafe.Their food tastes delicious, rich in spices. Last but not least, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is very good, the water heater works well.

Unfortunately, the room isn't soundproof, and you can hear voices from the room next door or upstairs. If you're sensitive to the sound of people walking around, ask for a room upstairs.

Beautiful view, proximity to the lake, price.

90% of the time no one speaks a word of English. If you need any info whatever go across the road to the little tourist office ran by Rahman, he will sort you out, reception is a waste of time. Menu is a wishlist as 75% of things aren’t available and the times stated for breakfast, lunch and dinner are simply a lie. I came down for breakfast that was supposed to start at 7am - at 8am I found a guy sleeping on the reception room sofa and no one at the reception. I came for dinner that was supposed to finish at 20.00 - at 19.00 I was told kitchen is closed. At all times there are 3 or 4 guys sprawled on reception room sofas perusing their mobile phones - what their function in a hotel is I cannot fathom. My superior room with a lake view was nice and clean bathroom however wasn’t, please see photos.
