DEM Hotel

Amazing location, at Via Nazionale that is a straight path for a lot of the main attractions. Bus 64 comes from Termini train station and stops very close to the hotel. Hotel staff are the nicest people ever!

Booked 2 separate deluxe rooms, one had a bed and the other one had a sofa bed, contrary to advertised. Sofa bed was of horrible quality, not even a mattress but a foam (as it’s foldable) which is horrible for your back. After 1 night I asked a room change, which was immediately available to a room with a normal bed, so points for that.

Very clean.Bed sheets and towels were replaced with clean ones every day .excellent location . The excellent and professional customer service from the staff :Alessia ,Veronica & Alexandra .Thanks

easy to get to from termini

The hotel provided detailed easy directions for us to get there without any issues. The location was excellent and very central for walking and public transportation with bus stops across the street and very close to the main Termini station. Most sightseeing areas were walking distance, especially the Colosseum. The room was comfortable, quiet, the shower was very good, and It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room and coffee in the morning.

The description for the room we booked specifically stated, our room was a deluxe double and was supposed to be on a high floor with a balcony and city view. My expectations were shattered when we were given the third floor, no city view, and balcony was extremely small, facing the back of a building although there was greenery on the opposite balconies as our view. The listing mentioned free toiletries and slippers, we didn’t mind not getting that though we would have appreciated extra toilet paper since we were only provided with one roll for a three night stay. Hotel was clean though more attention to details is needed. It would have been useful to have hooks to hang the towels.
