Ruby Giulia Hotel Rome

Room view, the bar and terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Checking in was a bit of a wait, The process to self generate the room key could have been better advertised.

It was very convenient

Road noise

We really enjoyed the stay. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. The space is very cosy and the rooftop is a great addition. The room was very clean, every day. Our TV wasn't working and the staff already tried to do something about it. How they cannot fix the problem, they propose us to change the room, we don't accept since it was not necessary, but they let us be comfortable if we want change anyway. The breakfast was nice and delicious, they had pancakes, croissants (normal with a slight hint of orange and chocolate), puff pastry (with cherry and walnut), eggs, milk, cereals, fruit, iogurt, vegetables, natural juice, etc... On the floor of the rooms, there was a galley where you can grab free filter water (stain, sparkling or hot), coffee and tea. It was a really good stay and we loved it. Also we can't forget to say that the hotel is close to everything in Rome what is great. On a future return trip, this will certainly be the place I choose to stay in Rome.

The location was great. Easy access to Rome Termini, Coliseum area, with interesting surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. Interesting, trendy vibe, which normally wouldn’t be a selling point for me, but works here.

No complaints. Some of the setup was confusing at first…lobby/reception on top floor, floor access, etc., but once you learned the ropes, it all made sense.
