9 stanze - Boutique Rooms

Central, near old town and the city buzz. Very clean, spacious room with great sound proofing. Beds were super comfy and soft as well as firm pillow option. Air conditioning worked well.

Would have liked Delphi cup for tea/coffee only paper or plastic cups. An extra blanket for the bed if needed.

Great location, lovely and helpful staff, AC felt great and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean, they provided a kettle and the bed was super comfortable.

Parking has to be paid for (20.40 euros) and is a walk from the hotel (around 5 mins if you take the correct exit from the parking lot they recommend)

Superb location. Rooms are excellently fitted out. Highly recommend

High quality mattress and pillows. Good location, lovely view outside the window. The hotel is in a busy location, but windows are soundproof. We took full advantage of the filtered water.

For a four-star hotel, I was a bit surprised by the coldness and rudeness of some of the staff. We followed the hotel’s instructions and notified them via WhatsApp that we would arrive an hour before check-in to drop off our bags. No one responded to our message or answered our calls. Someone eventually called to say they were running late, but we still weren’t given a door code so we could leave our luggage. When the staff member finally arrived, I got the sense that she was having a bad day and didn’t want to deal with me. She scowled and ignored me and our luggage until my male partner appeared. Then she was suddenly all smiles and very nice to him. It was a very odd experience.
