Great location in the centre of all the attractions

The one elevator does not go to the Spa which means you have to change elevators in the lobby. The Spa is new but not manned so the sauna is cold even after booking ahead.

The central location allowed you to explore Tresses on foot plus you were never far away from great places to eat that served local ingredients and wine

Clean and tidy and cool

The staff in the hotel are delightful: friendly, attentive and courteous.

The room was small, it was tired. The curtains, the bloody curtains: three sets - net, blackout and decorative. NONE of them reached the middle and NONE of them were anchored on the sides. FFS, it's the 21st century, they put a man on the moon over 50 years ago, you would think they could fix the curtains. Harry's Bar is a different matter: staffed by idiots - really, idiots. Inattentive, casual to the point of rudeness, and just thick. Also, you'd think they could do a decent Negroni here - I do a much better one at home.
