The room was so spacious and clean. Loved every corner in it. It is well organised and decorated.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property really tried to check us in early.
It has coffee machine, hair dryer and an iron. It has everything you need inside.
We loved staying in the outside patio, very comfortable and private. The ladies that maintained the property were also so kind.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was larger than we expected, very clean and comfortable. The location is very hard to beat - right off Ermou. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall, great value for money.
Only downside is that the lift doesn't go all the way down to ground level. There are a few steps before the lift. Keep in mind if you have heavy suitcases.

The lady at the reception during the day was very kind. They have been very supportive in organizing all the transfer.
Room was clean
From the pictures the room seemed bigger.
Very steep stair at the entrance.
Air conditioning is in the entrance and therefore the bed which is in front of the entrance was super cold, while the rest of the room room realtively advantage
