The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are well maintained and equipped with mini bar, coffee machine with capsules, the most comfortable beds and soft pillows and towels. The house keeping takes care to organise the room twice a day and brought fresh bottles of water. The location is perfect, just in the city centre in the middle between Sintagma Square, the beautiful city gardens and the lively neighbourhood of Psiri with many great coffee shops and restaurants. All the street from the hotel to Psiri and Monastiraki square is full with shops and coffee shops and the hotel is only a few minutes from the Ermou shopping street. The breakfast was very good with a menu with different dishes and a great variety to choose from including different egg dishes, fresh fruits and juices, local granola, yogurt and pancakes. And most importantly, the hotel’s manager and team were all so nice and helpful with all our requests and made sure we had a perfect stay. Thank you Alex, Vassia, Konstantinos and all the team fir our wonderful stay ❤️ For sure we will come back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alex, Manos, Vassia and Ioanna for their kindness and excellent service — and especially to Thonasis, the manager, for his exceptional courtesy, warmth and hospitality. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location is fantastic — very central and convenient for exploring the city. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to return!

What I liked * Excellent location, close to great restaurants, galleries, the Acropolis and so much of what makes Athens worth exploring. * Very kind and welcoming staff. * A lovely, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. * Having a restaurant and room service was a real plus. * A well-stocked minibar — something that is surprisingly far from standard.

What I didn’t like * The main disappointment was maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. The shower drain was partially blocked, with water almost overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The rainfall showerhead was so clogged with limescale that water sprayed in different directions, making a relaxing shower difficult. * The bathroom floor was badly worn in places, while the metallic shelves and fittings were discoloured and covered in limescale. Beautiful at first glance, but noticeably tired up close. In a five-star hotel, I expect the bathroom to be spotless and impeccably maintained. * I raised these issues with the staff, who were very kind, attempted repairs and offered a voucher for a drink. I appreciated their response, but the problems were not fully resolved. This felt like accumulated wear and inadequate upkeep, possibly compounded by finishes that are difficult to maintain, rather than a one-off housekeeping lapse. It needs proper attention beyond a goodwill gesture.
