The guesthouse was clean and quiet, even though we weren't far from the city center. The staff was very attentive and responded to all questions quickly. They provided extras in a cozy shared area, snacks, drinks, coffee bar.

Very nice B&B in a great location. The owner was extremely kind, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, the support during check‑in, and the small breakfast on the ground floor. The rooms are simple but nice, with a lovely terrace. Excellent choice for staying near the Vatican in Rome at a good price.

The landlord in Rome and throughout Italy is very conscientious and responsible. He will reply to you promptly no matter what time it is.
