The owners were lovely - friendly, welcoming and helpful in all sorts of ways. The property is beautifully presented, very clean and very comfortable. It's close to the railway station and a good base for visiting the West Highlands. The breakfast was great - much appreciated. I felt very cared for.
I have no complaints about the property at all. It was beautiful. The only challenge I had was walking to the station on somewhat uneven ground and navigating the station steps while carrying luggage, but I managed. It's only a short walk and those issues are not within the hosts' control.

Accommodation was clean, spacious and very comfortable
Room was far too hot, massive duvet and ended up sweating buckets during the night when the heating kicked in at full heat, I hardly got any sleep. Hosts were very rule bound with little notes stating the rules in lots of locations, each one was valid but it it felt as though guest were an inconvenience for them and didn't want them messing up their B&B.
The one way mirror in the door to keep an eye on guests is not a good look and felt creepy.
