Beautiful building in stunning location. Great owners and hosts. Peace and quiet. Spacious room sizes and fabulous decor.

Nothing negative I am struggling here. Just a minor couple of suggestions for owners. Mainly clear dressing table area so guest can put their own things on it. Also for new guests point out which area of the house they can sit in ie lounge. Beautiful quiet hotel of extremely high standard.

The property is gorgeous and has had a lot of money spent on it to keep it within the grade 2 building that it is.
It was super quiet and was a calm place to stay.
Nothing, if you’re looking for a home from home style stay this is for you. Don’t expect a corporate hotel, this is a family run, warm and welcoming place.

Such a beautiful historic house with elegant furnishings through out.We were given a warm welcome and had a very comfortable one night stay. Our room had a superb ensuite bathroom and we had a great nights sleep in the antique bedstead which had luxurious cotton sheets etc
A folding luggage rack for our bags would have been helpful.
