Location is exceptional. 2 mins from the port. Very nice area to walk around. The city center is accessjbke via lift which is around the corner. The staff was super helpful and nice. They made special arrangements for my husbands birthday. Grateful for the upgrade. The breakfast is authentic and a lot of variety
Rooms are quite old. The hotel overall needs renovation.

Staff especially Mustafa and Khaled are amazing
The owner (lady) is very friendly and communicates with all the clients during the breakfast.
The breakfast is à la carte.(Fair)

Expensive relatively to the pros.
Can be more clean. Beneath the beds was not cleaned.

price
its not really a 4 star hotel, staff expects you to come to reception for everything
they dont answer hotel reception number. quilts were dirty with hair in it.
they did not have enough new clean sheets and told us to cover the quilt with quilt cover ourselves.
if they rate them selves a 2 or 3 start hotel , i would not complain
