Spa with good view, location
The hotel informed us the construction next to the hotel after the reservation but they did not mention that the view would be obstructed - we reserved the hotel with Eiger view (though originally partial) and it was with construction machine which made us disappointed

View and breakfast were very good.
When I made reservations, Single room with balcony, high floor, with bathtub, but they assigned low floor without bathtub,
bathroom was so small, especially shower room was too small.
I told them, I made reservation high floor and with bathtub. Then they asked me, do you have any evidence something to written? I could not believe they asked me that. When I came back to home, I checked, my reservation was sure high floor with bathtub.
