Comfy beds and usable bathroom. Pretty good location with easy 10 min walk to Old Town
For a hotel costing $400AUD a night I would expect much better breakfast (and usable tea bags in the room). Very poor offering even though staff nice. Also discovering no conditioner (need to request) once already in the shower is not helpful.

Very comfortable and quiet room with luxurious bed, nice calming color scheme, and relaxing places to sit. The bathroom was excellent, and the wi-fi and a/c of good quality. The breakfast is decent with good smoothies. Being able to sit outside in the summer was appreciated. We took advantage of the complementary happy hour and night cap, which was a very appreciated! All the employees were helpful and friendly. There is a great coffee shop just across the street, and easy access to great restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When I pointed out the bedlinens they immediately changed it.
I noticed a stain on the bedsheet which is really not acceptable. Also one evening when I returned at 11:15pm my room card would not unlock the front entrance door and although I could call staff (I knocked loudly and a fellow guest saw me), it is not good for female travellers to not have a card that works.
