There is so much to love about this hotel. Stylish and functional room with good level of sound insulation between rooms (definitely can clearly hear the noise from the square when window is open) made for comfortable and relaxing stay. Bed has good level of firmness. Lovely bathroom amenity. Breakfast was excellent - simple but fresh and well balanced - great for our taste but maybe not for those looking for hot breakfast or a rich / large meal. The wine hour was really great touch, and the free wine was actually decent (I tried the non-alcoholic option with my partner having alcoholic version - both were lovely). We found the location great also. Convenient distance to city centre locations but away from central enough to enjoy the calm. I would love to come back and enjoy the thermal bath adjacent next time! All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would love to come back again.

Really poor wifi connection. It might have been specific to our room but it kept disconnecting every 10 seconds or so, making browsing difficult, and streaming anything virtually pointless. Streaming TV services rely on Chromecast as well, which we were hoping we could use to watch downloaded things that didn't rely on wifi but that didn't work at all - I may not be super tech-y but consider myself competent enough - so I say it shouldn't be that difficult to work it out. We made it work without as we didn't want to have to move room, but we would have expected well working wifi to be a basic requirement. Shame, as there was so much to love about this hotel! ...and we did notice the slight sense of smell others mentioned. It's not strong but if you are particularly sensitive to smell then you probably would be bothered by it.

Bed wasn't comfortable - asked for a king size got moved to two singles with a mattress topper. No fridge in room. Not great setup
